How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery. Due to increased demand on Australia Post and Courier services, some delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

All shipments are tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve this. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages, and/or packages that were not collected from access points in a timely manner. In the case a package is refused and/or returned to us, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

Shipping – where do you ship to?

Australia wide shipping. No international shipping available at this stage.

How much does shipping cost?

Small art work (up to 1m long) is $50

Larger art work (over 1m long) is $130

All freight is insured and tracked. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I return a product?

All paintings, prints, and items including sale items, are final sale.

Returns and exchanges are not possible due to the fragile nature of the artwork and items. Returns are not possible due to change of mind.

Please note we have made every effort to represent the colours and images of artworks and products as accurately as we can. We cannot guarantee that your device or computer monitors display of any colour will be accurate, and therefore colours may vary slightly from the actual artwork or product.

Faulty or damaged items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged you must please contact us with photographs of the damaged goods within 5 days of receiving the product.

Please include photos of:

> The external box and condition on arrival

> The shipping label on the box

> The damage to the artwork/product/frame

Please send all photographs to us via email so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

How can I pay for my product?

Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal using a secure payment gateway.

Alternatively, direct debit is acceptable. Please contact me for further details.

Artwork purchased may not be printed or reproduced or distributed by any method, for any reason without written permission by Marnie Collie Artist.

Marnie Collie Artist retains the right to all of her artworks and reserves the right to make reproductions of any artwork including original artworks and commissions.
